Art Factory is a hub of creativity, a “city within a city” 12 Miles from NYC with 21 multistory historic loft buildings on 5 acres, adjacent to the Paterson Great Falls National Park. With our onsite cafe, wood shops, metal shops, film and photo locations and more, Art Factory is a community of creative entrepreneurs that work together to grow their businesses and client base. Studios range in price from $700/mo - $2,500/mo. All rentals are month-to-month, and can be shared with partners.
